بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
الْحَاقَّةُ (1) مَا الْحَاقَّةُ (2) وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا الْحَاقَّةُ (3) كَذَّبَتْ ثَمُودُ وَعَادٌ بِالْقَارِعَةِ (4) فَأَمَّا ثَمُودُ فَأُهْلِكُوا بِالطَّاغِيَةِ (5) وَأَمَّا عَادٌ فَأُهْلِكُوا بِرِيحٍ صَرْصَرٍ عَاتِيَةٍ (6) سَخَّرَهَا عَلَيْهِمْ سَبْعَ لَيَالٍ وَثَمَانِيَةَ أَيَّامٍ حُسُومًا فَتَرَى الْقَوْمَ فِيهَا صَرْعَى كَأَنَّهُمْ أَعْجَازُ نَخْلٍ خَاوِيَةٍ (7) فَهَلْ تَرَى لَهُمْ مِنْ بَاقِيَةٍ (8) وَجَاءَ فِرْعَوْنُ وَمَنْ قَبْلَهُ وَالْمُؤْتَفِكَاتُ بِالْخَاطِئَةِ (9) فَعَصَوْا رَسُولَ رَبِّهِمْ فَأَخَذَهُمْ أَخْذَةً رَابِيَةً (10) إِنَّا لَمَّا طَغَى الْمَاءُ حَمَلْنَاكُمْ فِي الْجَارِيَةِ (11) لِنَجْعَلَهَا لَكُمْ تَذْكِرَةً وَتَعِيَهَا أُذُنٌ وَاعِيَةٌ (12) فَإِذَا نُفِخَ فِي الصُّورِ نَفْخَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ (13) وَحُمِلَتِ الْأَرْضُ وَالْجِبَالُ فَدُكَّتَا دَكَّةً وَاحِدَةً (14) فَيَوْمَئِذٍ وَقَعَتِ الْوَاقِعَةُ (15) وَانْشَقَّتِ السَّمَاءُ فَهِيَ يَوْمَئِذٍ وَاهِيَةٌ (16) وَالْمَلَكُ عَلَى أَرْجَائِهَا وَيَحْمِلُ عَرْشَ رَبِّكَ فَوْقَهُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ ثَمَانِيَةٌ (17) يَوْمَئِذٍ تُعْرَضُونَ لَا تَخْفَى مِنْكُمْ خَافِيَةٌ (18) فَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِيَ كِتَابَهُ بِيَمِينِهِ فَيَقُولُ هَاؤُمُ اقْرَءُوا كِتَابِيَهْ (19) إِنِّي ظَنَنْتُ أَنِّي مُلَاقٍ حِسَابِيَهْ (20) فَهُوَ فِي عِيشَةٍ رَاضِيَةٍ (21) فِي جَنَّةٍ عَالِيَةٍ (22) قُطُوفُهَا دَانِيَةٌ (23) كُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا هَنِيئًا بِمَا أَسْلَفْتُمْ فِي الْأَيَّامِ الْخَالِيَةِ (24) وَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِيَ كِتَابَهُ بِشِمَالِهِ فَيَقُولُ يَا لَيْتَنِي لَمْ أُوتَ كِتَابِيَهْ (25) وَلَمْ أَدْرِ مَا حِسَابِيَهْ (26) يَا لَيْتَهَا كَانَتِ الْقَاضِيَةَ (27) مَا أَغْنَى عَنِّي مَالِيَهْ (28) هَلَكَ عَنِّي سُلْطَانِيَهْ (29) خُذُوهُ فَغُلُّوهُ (30) ثُمَّ الْجَحِيمَ صَلُّوهُ (31) ثُمَّ فِي سِلْسِلَةٍ ذَرْعُهَا سَبْعُونَ ذِرَاعًا فَاسْلُكُوهُ (32) إِنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ الْعَظِيمِ (33) وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَى طَعَامِ الْمِسْكِينِ (34) فَلَيْسَ لَهُ الْيَوْمَ هَاهُنَا حَمِيمٌ (35) وَلَا طَعَامٌ إِلَّا مِنْ غِسْلِينٍ (36) لَا يَأْكُلُهُ إِلَّا الْخَاطِئُونَ (37) فَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِمَا تُبْصِرُونَ (38) وَمَا لَا تُبْصِرُونَ (39) إِنَّهُ لَقَوْلُ رَسُولٍ كَرِيمٍ (40) وَمَا هُوَ بِقَوْلِ شَاعِرٍ قَلِيلًا مَا تُؤْمِنُونَ (41) وَلَا بِقَوْلِ كَاهِنٍ قَلِيلًا مَا تَذَكَّرُونَ (42) تَنْزِيلٌ مِنْ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ (43) وَلَوْ تَقَوَّلَ عَلَيْنَا بَعْضَ الْأَقَاوِيلِ (44) لَأَخَذْنَا مِنْهُ بِالْيَمِينِ (45) ثُمَّ لَقَطَعْنَا مِنْهُ الْوَتِينَ (46) فَمَا مِنْكُمْ مِنْ أَحَدٍ عَنْهُ حَاجِزِينَ (47) وَإِنَّهُ لَتَذْكِرَةٌ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ (48) وَإِنَّا لَنَعْلَمُ أَنَّ مِنْكُمْ مُكَذِّبِينَ (49) وَإِنَّهُ لَحَسْرَةٌ عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ (50) وَإِنَّهُ لَحَقُّ الْيَقِينِ (51) فَسَبِّحْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الْعَظِيمِ (52)
الْحَاقَّةُ (1) مَا الْحَاقَّةُ (2) وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا الْحَاقَّةُ (3) كَذَّبَتْ ثَمُودُ وَعَادٌ بِالْقَارِعَةِ (4) فَأَمَّا ثَمُودُ فَأُهْلِكُوا بِالطَّاغِيَةِ (5) وَأَمَّا عَادٌ فَأُهْلِكُوا بِرِيحٍ صَرْصَرٍ عَاتِيَةٍ (6) سَخَّرَهَا عَلَيْهِمْ سَبْعَ لَيَالٍ وَثَمَانِيَةَ أَيَّامٍ حُسُومًا فَتَرَى الْقَوْمَ فِيهَا صَرْعَى كَأَنَّهُمْ أَعْجَازُ نَخْلٍ خَاوِيَةٍ (7) فَهَلْ تَرَى لَهُمْ مِنْ بَاقِيَةٍ (8) وَجَاءَ فِرْعَوْنُ وَمَنْ قَبْلَهُ وَالْمُؤْتَفِكَاتُ بِالْخَاطِئَةِ (9) فَعَصَوْا رَسُولَ رَبِّهِمْ فَأَخَذَهُمْ أَخْذَةً رَابِيَةً (10) إِنَّا لَمَّا طَغَى الْمَاءُ حَمَلْنَاكُمْ فِي الْجَارِيَةِ (11) لِنَجْعَلَهَا لَكُمْ تَذْكِرَةً وَتَعِيَهَا أُذُنٌ وَاعِيَةٌ (12) فَإِذَا نُفِخَ فِي الصُّورِ نَفْخَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ (13) وَحُمِلَتِ الْأَرْضُ وَالْجِبَالُ فَدُكَّتَا دَكَّةً وَاحِدَةً (14) فَيَوْمَئِذٍ وَقَعَتِ الْوَاقِعَةُ (15) وَانْشَقَّتِ السَّمَاءُ فَهِيَ يَوْمَئِذٍ وَاهِيَةٌ (16) وَالْمَلَكُ عَلَى أَرْجَائِهَا وَيَحْمِلُ عَرْشَ رَبِّكَ فَوْقَهُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ ثَمَانِيَةٌ (17) يَوْمَئِذٍ تُعْرَضُونَ لَا تَخْفَى مِنْكُمْ خَافِيَةٌ (18) فَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِيَ كِتَابَهُ بِيَمِينِهِ فَيَقُولُ هَاؤُمُ اقْرَءُوا كِتَابِيَهْ (19) إِنِّي ظَنَنْتُ أَنِّي مُلَاقٍ حِسَابِيَهْ (20) فَهُوَ فِي عِيشَةٍ رَاضِيَةٍ (21) فِي جَنَّةٍ عَالِيَةٍ (22) قُطُوفُهَا دَانِيَةٌ (23) كُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا هَنِيئًا بِمَا أَسْلَفْتُمْ فِي الْأَيَّامِ الْخَالِيَةِ (24) وَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِيَ كِتَابَهُ بِشِمَالِهِ فَيَقُولُ يَا لَيْتَنِي لَمْ أُوتَ كِتَابِيَهْ (25) وَلَمْ أَدْرِ مَا حِسَابِيَهْ (26) يَا لَيْتَهَا كَانَتِ الْقَاضِيَةَ (27) مَا أَغْنَى عَنِّي مَالِيَهْ (28) هَلَكَ عَنِّي سُلْطَانِيَهْ (29) خُذُوهُ فَغُلُّوهُ (30) ثُمَّ الْجَحِيمَ صَلُّوهُ (31) ثُمَّ فِي سِلْسِلَةٍ ذَرْعُهَا سَبْعُونَ ذِرَاعًا فَاسْلُكُوهُ (32) إِنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ الْعَظِيمِ (33) وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَى طَعَامِ الْمِسْكِينِ (34) فَلَيْسَ لَهُ الْيَوْمَ هَاهُنَا حَمِيمٌ (35) وَلَا طَعَامٌ إِلَّا مِنْ غِسْلِينٍ (36) لَا يَأْكُلُهُ إِلَّا الْخَاطِئُونَ (37) فَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِمَا تُبْصِرُونَ (38) وَمَا لَا تُبْصِرُونَ (39) إِنَّهُ لَقَوْلُ رَسُولٍ كَرِيمٍ (40) وَمَا هُوَ بِقَوْلِ شَاعِرٍ قَلِيلًا مَا تُؤْمِنُونَ (41) وَلَا بِقَوْلِ كَاهِنٍ قَلِيلًا مَا تَذَكَّرُونَ (42) تَنْزِيلٌ مِنْ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ (43) وَلَوْ تَقَوَّلَ عَلَيْنَا بَعْضَ الْأَقَاوِيلِ (44) لَأَخَذْنَا مِنْهُ بِالْيَمِينِ (45) ثُمَّ لَقَطَعْنَا مِنْهُ الْوَتِينَ (46) فَمَا مِنْكُمْ مِنْ أَحَدٍ عَنْهُ حَاجِزِينَ (47) وَإِنَّهُ لَتَذْكِرَةٌ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ (48) وَإِنَّا لَنَعْلَمُ أَنَّ مِنْكُمْ مُكَذِّبِينَ (49) وَإِنَّهُ لَحَسْرَةٌ عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ (50) وَإِنَّهُ لَحَقُّ الْيَقِينِ (51) فَسَبِّحْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الْعَظِيمِ (52)

الحاقة (1) ما الحاقة (2) وما أدراك ما الحاقة (3) كذبت ثمود وعاد بالقارعة (4) فأما ثمود فأهلكوا بالطاغية (5) وأما عاد فأهلكوا بريح صرصر عاتية (6) سخرها عليهم سبع ليال وثمانية أيام حسوما فترى القوم فيها صرعى كأنهم أعجاز نخل خاوية (7) فهل ترى لهم من باقية (8) وجاء فرعون ومن قبله والمؤتفكات بالخاطئة (9) فعصوا رسول ربهم فأخذهم أخذة رابية (10) إنا لما طغى الماء حملناكم في الجارية (11) لنجعلها لكم تذكرة وتعيها أذن واعية (12) فإذا نفخ في الصور نفخة واحدة (13) وحملت الأرض والجبال فدكتا دكة واحدة (14) فيومئذ وقعت الواقعة (15) وانشقت السماء فهي يومئذ واهية (16) والملك على أرجائها ويحمل عرش ربك فوقهم يومئذ ثمانية (17) يومئذ تعرضون لا تخفى منكم خافية (18) فأما من أوتي كتابه بيمينه فيقول هاؤم اقرءوا كتابيه (19) إني ظننت أني ملاق حسابيه (20) فهو في عيشة راضية (21) في جنة عالية (22) قطوفها دانية (23) كلوا واشربوا هنيئا بما أسلفتم في الأيام الخالية (24) وأما من أوتي كتابه بشماله فيقول يا ليتني لم أوت كتابيه (25) ولم أدر ما حسابيه (26) يا ليتها كانت القاضية (27) ما أغنى عني ماليه (28) هلك عني سلطانيه (29) خذوه فغلوه (30) ثم الجحيم صلوه (31) ثم في سلسلة ذرعها سبعون ذراعا فاسلكوه (32) إنه كان لا يؤمن بالله العظيم (33) ولا يحض على طعام المسكين (34) فليس له اليوم هاهنا حميم (35) ولا طعام إلا من غسلين (36) لا يأكله إلا الخاطئون (37) فلا أقسم بما تبصرون (38) وما لا تبصرون (39) إنه لقول رسول كريم (40) وما هو بقول شاعر قليلا ما تؤمنون (41) ولا بقول كاهن قليلا ما تذكرون (42) تنزيل من رب العالمين (43) ولو تقول علينا بعض الأقاويل (44) لأخذنا منه باليمين (45) ثم لقطعنا منه الوتين (46) فما منكم من أحد عنه حاجزين (47) وإنه لتذكرة للمتقين (48) وإنا لنعلم أن منكم مكذبين (49) وإنه لحسرة على الكافرين (50) وإنه لحق اليقين (51) فسبح باسم ربك العظيم (52)

Reading Surah The Resurrection Verifier in English
In the Name of Allah the Merciful the Most Merciful
[1] The Resurrection Verifier;
[2] and what is the Resurrection Verifier?
[3] What makes you to know what the Resurrection Verifier is?
[4] Thamood and Aad belied the Clatterer
[5] Thamood they were destroyed by the violent shout (of Gabriel)
[6] as for Aad they were destroyed by a howling violent wind
[7] that He subjected upon them for seven nights and eight days consecutively and you might have seen them struck down as if they were the stumps of palm trees that had fallen down
[8] Can you see any remnant of them now?
[9] Similarly Pharaoh and those before him and the ruined villages sinned
[10] and rebelled against their Lord's Messenger So He took them with a stern taking
[11] And when the waters rose (high) We carried you in the sailing (Ark)
[12] making it a Reminder for you for all attentive ears to retain
[13] When a single blow is blown on the Horn
[14] when the earth with all its mountains is lifted up and crushed with a single blow
[15] on that Day the Event occurs
[16] The heaven will be split; because on that Day it will be frail
[17] The angels will stand on all its sides And on that Day eight (of them) will carry the Throne of your Lord above them
[18] On that Day you shall be exposed and no secret of yours will remain hidden
[19] Then he who is given his book in his right hand will say: 'Here take and read my book!
[20] Indeed I knew that I should come to my reckoning '
[21] His shall be a pleasing life
[22] in a high Garden
[23] its fruits are near
[24] (It will be said): 'Eat and drink with a good appetite because of what you did in days long passed '
[25] But he who is given his book in his left hand will say: 'Woe to me would that my book had not been given to me!
[26] Nor that I knew my reckoning!
[27] Would that it (my death) had ended it all!
[28] My wealth has not helped me a thing
[29] and my authority has been destroyed '
[30] (It will be said): 'Take him and bind him
[31] Roast him in Hell
[32] then in a chain seventy arm's lengths long insert him
[33] He did not believe in Allah the Great
[34] nor did he urge the feeding of the needy
[35] Today he shall have no loyal friend here
[36] nor any food except foul pus
[37] that none but sinners eat '
[38] I swear by all that you can see
[39] and all that you do not see
[40] that this is the speech of a noble Messenger
[41] It is not the speech of a poet little do you believe
[42] nor is it the speech of a soothsayer little do you remember
[43] (It is) a sending down from the Lord of all the Worlds
[44] Had he invented sayings against Us
[45] We would have seized him by the right hand
[46] then We would surely have cut from him the aorta (vein)
[47] not one of you could have prevented it from him
[48] Indeed it is a Reminder to those who fear Allah
[49] We know that there are some among you who will belie
[50] Indeed it is a sorrow to the unbelievers
[51] yet it is a certain truth
[52] Exalt the Name of your Lord the Great
