بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
يَا أَيُّهَا الْمُدَّثِّرُ (1) قُمْ فَأَنْذِرْ (2) وَرَبَّكَ فَكَبِّرْ (3) وَثِيَابَكَ فَطَهِّرْ (4) وَالرُّجْزَ فَاهْجُرْ (5) وَلَا تَمْنُنْ تَسْتَكْثِرُ (6) وَلِرَبِّكَ فَاصْبِرْ (7) فَإِذَا نُقِرَ فِي النَّاقُورِ (8) فَذَلِكَ يَوْمَئِذٍ يَوْمٌ عَسِيرٌ (9) عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ غَيْرُ يَسِيرٍ (10) ذَرْنِي وَمَنْ خَلَقْتُ وَحِيدًا (11) وَجَعَلْتُ لَهُ مَالًا مَمْدُودًا (12) وَبَنِينَ شُهُودًا (13) وَمَهَّدْتُ لَهُ تَمْهِيدًا (14) ثُمَّ يَطْمَعُ أَنْ أَزِيدَ (15) كَلَّا إِنَّهُ كَانَ لِآيَاتِنَا عَنِيدًا (16) سَأُرْهِقُهُ صَعُودًا (17) إِنَّهُ فَكَّرَ وَقَدَّرَ (18) فَقُتِلَ كَيْفَ قَدَّرَ (19) ثُمَّ قُتِلَ كَيْفَ قَدَّرَ (20) ثُمَّ نَظَرَ (21) ثُمَّ عَبَسَ وَبَسَرَ (22) ثُمَّ أَدْبَرَ وَاسْتَكْبَرَ (23) فَقَالَ إِنْ هَذَا إِلَّا سِحْرٌ يُؤْثَرُ (24) إِنْ هَذَا إِلَّا قَوْلُ الْبَشَرِ (25) سَأُصْلِيهِ سَقَرَ (26) وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا سَقَرُ (27) لَا تُبْقِي وَلَا تَذَرُ (28) لَوَّاحَةٌ لِلْبَشَرِ (29) عَلَيْهَا تِسْعَةَ عَشَرَ (30) وَمَا جَعَلْنَا أَصْحَابَ النَّارِ إِلَّا مَلَائِكَةً وَمَا جَعَلْنَا عِدَّتَهُمْ إِلَّا فِتْنَةً لِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لِيَسْتَيْقِنَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ وَيَزْدَادَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِيمَانًا وَلَا يَرْتَابَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ وَلِيَقُولَ الَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ مَرَضٌ وَالْكَافِرُونَ مَاذَا أَرَادَ اللَّهُ بِهَذَا مَثَلًا كَذَلِكَ يُضِلُّ اللَّهُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَيَهْدِي مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَمَا يَعْلَمُ جُنُودَ رَبِّكَ إِلَّا هُوَ وَمَا هِيَ إِلَّا ذِكْرَى لِلْبَشَرِ (31) كَلَّا وَالْقَمَرِ (32) وَاللَّيْلِ إِذْ أَدْبَرَ (33) وَالصُّبْحِ إِذَا أَسْفَرَ (34) إِنَّهَا لَإِحْدَى الْكُبَرِ (35) نَذِيرًا لِلْبَشَرِ (36) لِمَنْ شَاءَ مِنْكُمْ أَنْ يَتَقَدَّمَ أَوْ يَتَأَخَّرَ (37) كُلُّ نَفْسٍ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ رَهِينَةٌ (38) إِلَّا أَصْحَابَ الْيَمِينِ (39) فِي جَنَّاتٍ يَتَسَاءَلُونَ (40) عَنِ الْمُجْرِمِينَ (41) مَا سَلَكَكُمْ فِي سَقَرَ (42) قَالُوا لَمْ نَكُ مِنَ الْمُصَلِّينَ (43) وَلَمْ نَكُ نُطْعِمُ الْمِسْكِينَ (44) وَكُنَّا نَخُوضُ مَعَ الْخَائِضِينَ (45) وَكُنَّا نُكَذِّبُ بِيَوْمِ الدِّينِ (46) حَتَّى أَتَانَا الْيَقِينُ (47) فَمَا تَنْفَعُهُمْ شَفَاعَةُ الشَّافِعِينَ (48) فَمَا لَهُمْ عَنِ التَّذْكِرَةِ مُعْرِضِينَ (49) كَأَنَّهُمْ حُمُرٌ مُسْتَنْفِرَةٌ (50) فَرَّتْ مِنْ قَسْوَرَةٍ (51) بَلْ يُرِيدُ كُلُّ امْرِئٍ مِنْهُمْ أَنْ يُؤْتَى صُحُفًا مُنَشَّرَةً (52) كَلَّا بَلْ لَا يَخَافُونَ الْآخِرَةَ (53) كَلَّا إِنَّهُ تَذْكِرَةٌ (54) فَمَنْ شَاءَ ذَكَرَهُ (55) وَمَا يَذْكُرُونَ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشَاءَ اللَّهُ هُوَ أَهْلُ التَّقْوَى وَأَهْلُ الْمَغْفِرَةِ (56)
يَا أَيُّهَا الْمُدَّثِّرُ (1) قُمْ فَأَنْذِرْ (2) وَرَبَّكَ فَكَبِّرْ (3) وَثِيَابَكَ فَطَهِّرْ (4) وَالرُّجْزَ فَاهْجُرْ (5) وَلَا تَمْنُنْ تَسْتَكْثِرُ (6) وَلِرَبِّكَ فَاصْبِرْ (7) فَإِذَا نُقِرَ فِي النَّاقُورِ (8) فَذَلِكَ يَوْمَئِذٍ يَوْمٌ عَسِيرٌ (9) عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ غَيْرُ يَسِيرٍ (10) ذَرْنِي وَمَنْ خَلَقْتُ وَحِيدًا (11) وَجَعَلْتُ لَهُ مَالًا مَمْدُودًا (12) وَبَنِينَ شُهُودًا (13) وَمَهَّدْتُ لَهُ تَمْهِيدًا (14) ثُمَّ يَطْمَعُ أَنْ أَزِيدَ (15) كَلَّا إِنَّهُ كَانَ لِآيَاتِنَا عَنِيدًا (16) سَأُرْهِقُهُ صَعُودًا (17) إِنَّهُ فَكَّرَ وَقَدَّرَ (18) فَقُتِلَ كَيْفَ قَدَّرَ (19) ثُمَّ قُتِلَ كَيْفَ قَدَّرَ (20) ثُمَّ نَظَرَ (21) ثُمَّ عَبَسَ وَبَسَرَ (22) ثُمَّ أَدْبَرَ وَاسْتَكْبَرَ (23) فَقَالَ إِنْ هَذَا إِلَّا سِحْرٌ يُؤْثَرُ (24) إِنْ هَذَا إِلَّا قَوْلُ الْبَشَرِ (25) سَأُصْلِيهِ سَقَرَ (26) وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا سَقَرُ (27) لَا تُبْقِي وَلَا تَذَرُ (28) لَوَّاحَةٌ لِلْبَشَرِ (29) عَلَيْهَا تِسْعَةَ عَشَرَ (30) وَمَا جَعَلْنَا أَصْحَابَ النَّارِ إِلَّا مَلَائِكَةً وَمَا جَعَلْنَا عِدَّتَهُمْ إِلَّا فِتْنَةً لِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لِيَسْتَيْقِنَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ وَيَزْدَادَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِيمَانًا وَلَا يَرْتَابَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْكِتَابَ وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ وَلِيَقُولَ الَّذِينَ فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ مَرَضٌ وَالْكَافِرُونَ مَاذَا أَرَادَ اللَّهُ بِهَذَا مَثَلًا كَذَلِكَ يُضِلُّ اللَّهُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَيَهْدِي مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَمَا يَعْلَمُ جُنُودَ رَبِّكَ إِلَّا هُوَ وَمَا هِيَ إِلَّا ذِكْرَى لِلْبَشَرِ (31) كَلَّا وَالْقَمَرِ (32) وَاللَّيْلِ إِذْ أَدْبَرَ (33) وَالصُّبْحِ إِذَا أَسْفَرَ (34) إِنَّهَا لَإِحْدَى الْكُبَرِ (35) نَذِيرًا لِلْبَشَرِ (36) لِمَنْ شَاءَ مِنْكُمْ أَنْ يَتَقَدَّمَ أَوْ يَتَأَخَّرَ (37) كُلُّ نَفْسٍ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ رَهِينَةٌ (38) إِلَّا أَصْحَابَ الْيَمِينِ (39) فِي جَنَّاتٍ يَتَسَاءَلُونَ (40) عَنِ الْمُجْرِمِينَ (41) مَا سَلَكَكُمْ فِي سَقَرَ (42) قَالُوا لَمْ نَكُ مِنَ الْمُصَلِّينَ (43) وَلَمْ نَكُ نُطْعِمُ الْمِسْكِينَ (44) وَكُنَّا نَخُوضُ مَعَ الْخَائِضِينَ (45) وَكُنَّا نُكَذِّبُ بِيَوْمِ الدِّينِ (46) حَتَّى أَتَانَا الْيَقِينُ (47) فَمَا تَنْفَعُهُمْ شَفَاعَةُ الشَّافِعِينَ (48) فَمَا لَهُمْ عَنِ التَّذْكِرَةِ مُعْرِضِينَ (49) كَأَنَّهُمْ حُمُرٌ مُسْتَنْفِرَةٌ (50) فَرَّتْ مِنْ قَسْوَرَةٍ (51) بَلْ يُرِيدُ كُلُّ امْرِئٍ مِنْهُمْ أَنْ يُؤْتَى صُحُفًا مُنَشَّرَةً (52) كَلَّا بَلْ لَا يَخَافُونَ الْآخِرَةَ (53) كَلَّا إِنَّهُ تَذْكِرَةٌ (54) فَمَنْ شَاءَ ذَكَرَهُ (55) وَمَا يَذْكُرُونَ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشَاءَ اللَّهُ هُوَ أَهْلُ التَّقْوَى وَأَهْلُ الْمَغْفِرَةِ (56)

يا أيها المدثر (1) قم فأنذر (2) وربك فكبر (3) وثيابك فطهر (4) والرجز فاهجر (5) ولا تمنن تستكثر (6) ولربك فاصبر (7) فإذا نقر في الناقور (8) فذلك يومئذ يوم عسير (9) على الكافرين غير يسير (10) ذرني ومن خلقت وحيدا (11) وجعلت له مالا ممدودا (12) وبنين شهودا (13) ومهدت له تمهيدا (14) ثم يطمع أن أزيد (15) كلا إنه كان لآياتنا عنيدا (16) سأرهقه صعودا (17) إنه فكر وقدر (18) فقتل كيف قدر (19) ثم قتل كيف قدر (20) ثم نظر (21) ثم عبس وبسر (22) ثم أدبر واستكبر (23) فقال إن هذا إلا سحر يؤثر (24) إن هذا إلا قول البشر (25) سأصليه سقر (26) وما أدراك ما سقر (27) لا تبقي ولا تذر (28) لواحة للبشر (29) عليها تسعة عشر (30) وما جعلنا أصحاب النار إلا ملائكة وما جعلنا عدتهم إلا فتنة للذين كفروا ليستيقن الذين أوتوا الكتاب ويزداد الذين آمنوا إيمانا ولا يرتاب الذين أوتوا الكتاب والمؤمنون وليقول الذين في قلوبهم مرض والكافرون ماذا أراد الله بهذا مثلا كذلك يضل الله من يشاء ويهدي من يشاء وما يعلم جنود ربك إلا هو وما هي إلا ذكرى للبشر (31) كلا والقمر (32) والليل إذ أدبر (33) والصبح إذا أسفر (34) إنها لإحدى الكبر (35) نذيرا للبشر (36) لمن شاء منكم أن يتقدم أو يتأخر (37) كل نفس بما كسبت رهينة (38) إلا أصحاب اليمين (39) في جنات يتساءلون (40) عن المجرمين (41) ما سلككم في سقر (42) قالوا لم نك من المصلين (43) ولم نك نطعم المسكين (44) وكنا نخوض مع الخائضين (45) وكنا نكذب بيوم الدين (46) حتى أتانا اليقين (47) فما تنفعهم شفاعة الشافعين (48) فما لهم عن التذكرة معرضين (49) كأنهم حمر مستنفرة (50) فرت من قسورة (51) بل يريد كل امرئ منهم أن يؤتى صحفا منشرة (52) كلا بل لا يخافون الآخرة (53) كلا إنه تذكرة (54) فمن شاء ذكره (55) وما يذكرون إلا أن يشاء الله هو أهل التقوى وأهل المغفرة (56)

Reading Surah The Cloaked in English
In the Name of Allah the Merciful the Most Merciful
[1] O you (Prophet Muhamad) the cloaked
[2] arise and warn
[3] and exalt your Lord
[4] and purify your clothing
[5] and flee from the statues!
[6] Do not give thinking to gain greater
[7] be patient unto your Lord
[8] When the Horn is blown
[9] that shall be a Harsh Day
[10] and it will not be easy for the unbelievers
[11] Leave Me alone with he whom I created
[12] and designated for him ample wealth
[13] and sons that stand in witness
[14] I made things smooth and easy for him
[15] yet he is eager that I increase him
[16] Not at all! Surely he has been disobedient to Our verses
[17] I will constrain him to a hard ascent
[18] He reflected and then determined
[19] death seized him how was his determining!
[20] Again death seized him how was his determining!
[21] Then he looked
[22] frowned and scowled;
[23] then he retreated and grew proud
[24] and said: 'This is no more than traced sorcery;
[25] It is nothing but the word of a mortal! '
[26] I will surely roast him in the Scorching
[27] What will let you know what the Scorching is like!
[28] It neither spares nor releases
[29] and it burns the flesh
[30] Over it are nineteen (angels guarding)
[31] We have appointed none but angels to guard the Fire and made their number only as a trial for the unbelievers so that those to whom the Book was given are certain and those who believe increase in belief And that those who were given the Book and those who believe will not be in doubt And that those in whose hearts there is a sickness together with the unbelievers may say: 'What did Allah intend by this as an example? ' As such Allah leaves in error whom He will and He guides whomsoever He will None knows the hosts of your Lord except He This is no more than a Reminder to humans
[32] No by the moon!
[33] By the receding night
[34] and the morning when it appears
[35] it is one of the greatest trials
[36] a warning to humans
[37] to whoever among you desires to go forward or lag behind
[38] Each soul is held in pledge for what it earns
[39] except the Companions of the Right
[40] In Gardens they will question
[41] concerning the sinners
[42] 'What caused you to be thrust into the Scorching (Fire)? '
[43] They will reply: 'We were not among those who prayed
[44] and we did not feed the needy
[45] We plunged in with the plungers
[46] and belied the Day of Recompense
[47] till the certainty (death) overtook us '
[48] The intercession of their intercessors shall not benefit them
[49] What is the matter with them that they turn away from this Reminder
[50] like startled wild donkeys
[51] fleeing before a lion?
[52] Indeed each one of them desires to be given unrolled scrolls
[53] No indeed they have no fear of the Everlasting Life
[54] No indeed surely this is a Reminder
[55] So whoever wills will remember it
[56] But none will remember unless Allah wills He is the Owner of fear the Owner of forgiveness
