بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
وَالطُّورِ (1) وَكِتَابٍ مَسْطُورٍ (2) فِي رَقٍّ مَنْشُورٍ (3) وَالْبَيْتِ الْمَعْمُورِ (4) وَالسَّقْفِ الْمَرْفُوعِ (5) وَالْبَحْرِ الْمَسْجُورِ (6) إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّكَ لَوَاقِعٌ (7) مَا لَهُ مِنْ دَافِعٍ (8) يَوْمَ تَمُورُ السَّمَاءُ مَوْرًا (9) وَتَسِيرُ الْجِبَالُ سَيْرًا (10) فَوَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِلْمُكَذِّبِينَ (11) الَّذِينَ هُمْ فِي خَوْضٍ يَلْعَبُونَ (12) يَوْمَ يُدَعُّونَ إِلَى نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ دَعًّا (13) هَذِهِ النَّارُ الَّتِي كُنْتُمْ بِهَا تُكَذِّبُونَ (14) أَفَسِحْرٌ هَذَا أَمْ أَنْتُمْ لَا تُبْصِرُونَ (15) اصْلَوْهَا فَاصْبِرُوا أَوْ لَا تَصْبِرُوا سَوَاءٌ عَلَيْكُمْ إِنَّمَا تُجْزَوْنَ مَا كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ (16) إِنَّ الْمُتَّقِينَ فِي جَنَّاتٍ وَنَعِيمٍ (17) فَاكِهِينَ بِمَا آتَاهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ وَوَقَاهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ عَذَابَ الْجَحِيمِ (18) كُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا هَنِيئًا بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ (19) مُتَّكِئِينَ عَلَى سُرُرٍ مَصْفُوفَةٍ وَزَوَّجْنَاهُمْ بِحُورٍ عِينٍ (20) وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَاتَّبَعَتْهُمْ ذُرِّيَّتُهُمْ بِإِيمَانٍ أَلْحَقْنَا بِهِمْ ذُرِّيَّتَهُمْ وَمَا أَلَتْنَاهُمْ مِنْ عَمَلِهِمْ مِنْ شَيْءٍ كُلُّ امْرِئٍ بِمَا كَسَبَ رَهِينٌ (21) وَأَمْدَدْنَاهُمْ بِفَاكِهَةٍ وَلَحْمٍ مِمَّا يَشْتَهُونَ (22) يَتَنَازَعُونَ فِيهَا كَأْسًا لَا لَغْوٌ فِيهَا وَلَا تَأْثِيمٌ (23) وَيَطُوفُ عَلَيْهِمْ غِلْمَانٌ لَهُمْ كَأَنَّهُمْ لُؤْلُؤٌ مَكْنُونٌ (24) وَأَقْبَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ يَتَسَاءَلُونَ (25) قَالُوا إِنَّا كُنَّا قَبْلُ فِي أَهْلِنَا مُشْفِقِينَ (26) فَمَنَّ اللَّهُ عَلَيْنَا وَوَقَانَا عَذَابَ السَّمُومِ (27) إِنَّا كُنَّا مِنْ قَبْلُ نَدْعُوهُ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْبَرُّ الرَّحِيمُ (28) فَذَكِّرْ فَمَا أَنْتَ بِنِعْمَتِ رَبِّكَ بِكَاهِنٍ وَلَا مَجْنُونٍ (29) أَمْ يَقُولُونَ شَاعِرٌ نَتَرَبَّصُ بِهِ رَيْبَ الْمَنُونِ (30) قُلْ تَرَبَّصُوا فَإِنِّي مَعَكُمْ مِنَ الْمُتَرَبِّصِينَ (31) أَمْ تَأْمُرُهُمْ أَحْلَامُهُمْ بِهَذَا أَمْ هُمْ قَوْمٌ طَاغُونَ (32) أَمْ يَقُولُونَ تَقَوَّلَهُ بَلْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ (33) فَلْيَأْتُوا بِحَدِيثٍ مِثْلِهِ إِنْ كَانُوا صَادِقِينَ (34) أَمْ خُلِقُوا مِنْ غَيْرِ شَيْءٍ أَمْ هُمُ الْخَالِقُونَ (35) أَمْ خَلَقُوا السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ بَلْ لَا يُوقِنُونَ (36) أَمْ عِنْدَهُمْ خَزَائِنُ رَبِّكَ أَمْ هُمُ الْمُصَيْطِرُونَ (37) أَمْ لَهُمْ سُلَّمٌ يَسْتَمِعُونَ فِيهِ فَلْيَأْتِ مُسْتَمِعُهُمْ بِسُلْطَانٍ مُبِينٍ (38) أَمْ لَهُ الْبَنَاتُ وَلَكُمُ الْبَنُونَ (39) أَمْ تَسْأَلُهُمْ أَجْرًا فَهُمْ مِنْ مَغْرَمٍ مُثْقَلُونَ (40) أَمْ عِنْدَهُمُ الْغَيْبُ فَهُمْ يَكْتُبُونَ (41) أَمْ يُرِيدُونَ كَيْدًا فَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا هُمُ الْمَكِيدُونَ (42) أَمْ لَهُمْ إِلَهٌ غَيْرُ اللَّهِ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ (43) وَإِنْ يَرَوْا كِسْفًا مِنَ السَّمَاءِ سَاقِطًا يَقُولُوا سَحَابٌ مَرْكُومٌ (44) فَذَرْهُمْ حَتَّى يُلَاقُوا يَوْمَهُمُ الَّذِي فِيهِ يُصْعَقُونَ (45) يَوْمَ لَا يُغْنِي عَنْهُمْ كَيْدُهُمْ شَيْئًا وَلَا هُمْ يُنْصَرُونَ (46) وَإِنَّ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا عَذَابًا دُونَ ذَلِكَ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ (47) وَاصْبِرْ لِحُكْمِ رَبِّكَ فَإِنَّكَ بِأَعْيُنِنَا وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ حِينَ تَقُومُ (48) وَمِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَسَبِّحْهُ وَإِدْبَارَ النُّجُومِ (49)
وَالطُّورِ (1) وَكِتَابٍ مَسْطُورٍ (2) فِي رَقٍّ مَنْشُورٍ (3) وَالْبَيْتِ الْمَعْمُورِ (4) وَالسَّقْفِ الْمَرْفُوعِ (5) وَالْبَحْرِ الْمَسْجُورِ (6) إِنَّ عَذَابَ رَبِّكَ لَوَاقِعٌ (7) مَا لَهُ مِنْ دَافِعٍ (8) يَوْمَ تَمُورُ السَّمَاءُ مَوْرًا (9) وَتَسِيرُ الْجِبَالُ سَيْرًا (10) فَوَيْلٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ لِلْمُكَذِّبِينَ (11) الَّذِينَ هُمْ فِي خَوْضٍ يَلْعَبُونَ (12) يَوْمَ يُدَعُّونَ إِلَى نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ دَعًّا (13) هَذِهِ النَّارُ الَّتِي كُنْتُمْ بِهَا تُكَذِّبُونَ (14) أَفَسِحْرٌ هَذَا أَمْ أَنْتُمْ لَا تُبْصِرُونَ (15) اصْلَوْهَا فَاصْبِرُوا أَوْ لَا تَصْبِرُوا سَوَاءٌ عَلَيْكُمْ إِنَّمَا تُجْزَوْنَ مَا كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ (16) إِنَّ الْمُتَّقِينَ فِي جَنَّاتٍ وَنَعِيمٍ (17) فَاكِهِينَ بِمَا آتَاهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ وَوَقَاهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ عَذَابَ الْجَحِيمِ (18) كُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا هَنِيئًا بِمَا كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ (19) مُتَّكِئِينَ عَلَى سُرُرٍ مَصْفُوفَةٍ وَزَوَّجْنَاهُمْ بِحُورٍ عِينٍ (20) وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَاتَّبَعَتْهُمْ ذُرِّيَّتُهُمْ بِإِيمَانٍ أَلْحَقْنَا بِهِمْ ذُرِّيَّتَهُمْ وَمَا أَلَتْنَاهُمْ مِنْ عَمَلِهِمْ مِنْ شَيْءٍ كُلُّ امْرِئٍ بِمَا كَسَبَ رَهِينٌ (21) وَأَمْدَدْنَاهُمْ بِفَاكِهَةٍ وَلَحْمٍ مِمَّا يَشْتَهُونَ (22) يَتَنَازَعُونَ فِيهَا كَأْسًا لَا لَغْوٌ فِيهَا وَلَا تَأْثِيمٌ (23) وَيَطُوفُ عَلَيْهِمْ غِلْمَانٌ لَهُمْ كَأَنَّهُمْ لُؤْلُؤٌ مَكْنُونٌ (24) وَأَقْبَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَى بَعْضٍ يَتَسَاءَلُونَ (25) قَالُوا إِنَّا كُنَّا قَبْلُ فِي أَهْلِنَا مُشْفِقِينَ (26) فَمَنَّ اللَّهُ عَلَيْنَا وَوَقَانَا عَذَابَ السَّمُومِ (27) إِنَّا كُنَّا مِنْ قَبْلُ نَدْعُوهُ إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْبَرُّ الرَّحِيمُ (28) فَذَكِّرْ فَمَا أَنْتَ بِنِعْمَتِ رَبِّكَ بِكَاهِنٍ وَلَا مَجْنُونٍ (29) أَمْ يَقُولُونَ شَاعِرٌ نَتَرَبَّصُ بِهِ رَيْبَ الْمَنُونِ (30) قُلْ تَرَبَّصُوا فَإِنِّي مَعَكُمْ مِنَ الْمُتَرَبِّصِينَ (31) أَمْ تَأْمُرُهُمْ أَحْلَامُهُمْ بِهَذَا أَمْ هُمْ قَوْمٌ طَاغُونَ (32) أَمْ يَقُولُونَ تَقَوَّلَهُ بَلْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ (33) فَلْيَأْتُوا بِحَدِيثٍ مِثْلِهِ إِنْ كَانُوا صَادِقِينَ (34) أَمْ خُلِقُوا مِنْ غَيْرِ شَيْءٍ أَمْ هُمُ الْخَالِقُونَ (35) أَمْ خَلَقُوا السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ بَلْ لَا يُوقِنُونَ (36) أَمْ عِنْدَهُمْ خَزَائِنُ رَبِّكَ أَمْ هُمُ الْمُصَيْطِرُونَ (37) أَمْ لَهُمْ سُلَّمٌ يَسْتَمِعُونَ فِيهِ فَلْيَأْتِ مُسْتَمِعُهُمْ بِسُلْطَانٍ مُبِينٍ (38) أَمْ لَهُ الْبَنَاتُ وَلَكُمُ الْبَنُونَ (39) أَمْ تَسْأَلُهُمْ أَجْرًا فَهُمْ مِنْ مَغْرَمٍ مُثْقَلُونَ (40) أَمْ عِنْدَهُمُ الْغَيْبُ فَهُمْ يَكْتُبُونَ (41) أَمْ يُرِيدُونَ كَيْدًا فَالَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا هُمُ الْمَكِيدُونَ (42) أَمْ لَهُمْ إِلَهٌ غَيْرُ اللَّهِ سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ (43) وَإِنْ يَرَوْا كِسْفًا مِنَ السَّمَاءِ سَاقِطًا يَقُولُوا سَحَابٌ مَرْكُومٌ (44) فَذَرْهُمْ حَتَّى يُلَاقُوا يَوْمَهُمُ الَّذِي فِيهِ يُصْعَقُونَ (45) يَوْمَ لَا يُغْنِي عَنْهُمْ كَيْدُهُمْ شَيْئًا وَلَا هُمْ يُنْصَرُونَ (46) وَإِنَّ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا عَذَابًا دُونَ ذَلِكَ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَهُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ (47) وَاصْبِرْ لِحُكْمِ رَبِّكَ فَإِنَّكَ بِأَعْيُنِنَا وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ حِينَ تَقُومُ (48) وَمِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَسَبِّحْهُ وَإِدْبَارَ النُّجُومِ (49)

والطور (1) وكتاب مسطور (2) في رق منشور (3) والبيت المعمور (4) والسقف المرفوع (5) والبحر المسجور (6) إن عذاب ربك لواقع (7) ما له من دافع (8) يوم تمور السماء مورا (9) وتسير الجبال سيرا (10) فويل يومئذ للمكذبين (11) الذين هم في خوض يلعبون (12) يوم يدعون إلى نار جهنم دعا (13) هذه النار التي كنتم بها تكذبون (14) أفسحر هذا أم أنتم لا تبصرون (15) اصلوها فاصبروا أو لا تصبروا سواء عليكم إنما تجزون ما كنتم تعملون (16) إن المتقين في جنات ونعيم (17) فاكهين بما آتاهم ربهم ووقاهم ربهم عذاب الجحيم (18) كلوا واشربوا هنيئا بما كنتم تعملون (19) متكئين على سرر مصفوفة وزوجناهم بحور عين (20) والذين آمنوا واتبعتهم ذريتهم بإيمان ألحقنا بهم ذريتهم وما ألتناهم من عملهم من شيء كل امرئ بما كسب رهين (21) وأمددناهم بفاكهة ولحم مما يشتهون (22) يتنازعون فيها كأسا لا لغو فيها ولا تأثيم (23) ويطوف عليهم غلمان لهم كأنهم لؤلؤ مكنون (24) وأقبل بعضهم على بعض يتساءلون (25) قالوا إنا كنا قبل في أهلنا مشفقين (26) فمن الله علينا ووقانا عذاب السموم (27) إنا كنا من قبل ندعوه إنه هو البر الرحيم (28) فذكر فما أنت بنعمت ربك بكاهن ولا مجنون (29) أم يقولون شاعر نتربص به ريب المنون (30) قل تربصوا فإني معكم من المتربصين (31) أم تأمرهم أحلامهم بهذا أم هم قوم طاغون (32) أم يقولون تقوله بل لا يؤمنون (33) فليأتوا بحديث مثله إن كانوا صادقين (34) أم خلقوا من غير شيء أم هم الخالقون (35) أم خلقوا السماوات والأرض بل لا يوقنون (36) أم عندهم خزائن ربك أم هم المصيطرون (37) أم لهم سلم يستمعون فيه فليأت مستمعهم بسلطان مبين (38) أم له البنات ولكم البنون (39) أم تسألهم أجرا فهم من مغرم مثقلون (40) أم عندهم الغيب فهم يكتبون (41) أم يريدون كيدا فالذين كفروا هم المكيدون (42) أم لهم إله غير الله سبحان الله عما يشركون (43) وإن يروا كسفا من السماء ساقطا يقولوا سحاب مركوم (44) فذرهم حتى يلاقوا يومهم الذي فيه يصعقون (45) يوم لا يغني عنهم كيدهم شيئا ولا هم ينصرون (46) وإن للذين ظلموا عذابا دون ذلك ولكن أكثرهم لا يعلمون (47) واصبر لحكم ربك فإنك بأعيننا وسبح بحمد ربك حين تقوم (48) ومن الليل فسبحه وإدبار النجوم (49)

Reading Surah The Mount in English
In the Name of Allah the Merciful the Most Merciful
[1] By the Mount
[2] and by the Book in lines
[3] in an exposed parchment
[4] by the Visited House
[5] and the uplifted roof
[6] and the sea that is full
[7] surely the punishment of your Lord is about to come
[8] there is none to prevent it
[9] Upon the Day when the heaven spins dizzily
[10] and the mountains move moving
[11] On that Day woe to those who belied
[12] those who are in plunging playing
[13] On that Day when they shall be pitched into the Fire of Gehenna (Hell)
[14] (it will be said to them): 'This is the Fire which you belied!
[15] Is this magic or is it that you do you not see?
[16] Roast in it bear it with or without patience it is the same you are only being recompensed for that which you used to do '
[17] But in the Gardens the righteous shall live in bliss
[18] rejoicing in all their Lord has given them and their Lord will guard them against the punishment of Hell
[19] (It will be said): 'Eat and drink with a good appetite because of that which you did '
[20] (They shall be) reclining on couches ranged in rows and We shall wed them to houris (virgins of Paradise) with large wide eyes
[21] Those who believe and whose descendants follow in belief We will join their descendants to them And We will not reduce them of anything of their deeds Every one is pledged for what he has earned
[22] We shall give them fruits and meat as they desire
[23] There they will pass a goblet to one another with neither idle talk nor sin
[24] and youths of their own shall pass among them as if they were hidden pearls
[25] They will go to one another asking each other questions:
[26] 'When we were among our people ' they will say 'we were ever fearful
[27] but Allah has been gracious to us and has protected us from the punishment of the burning wind
[28] Before we were supplicating to Him He is the Giving the Most Merciful '
[29] Therefore remind By the Favor of Allah you are neither a soothsayer nor mad
[30] Or do they say: 'He is a poet we are waiting for some misfortune to befall him? '
[31] Say: 'Wait if you will; I shall be waiting with you '
[32] Or do their intellects order them to do this? Or are they an insolent people?
[33] Do they say: 'He has invented it? ' No they do not believe
[34] Let them produce a phrase like it if what they say is true!
[35] Or were they created out of nothing? Or were they their own creators?
[36] Or did they create the heavens and the earth? No their belief is not certain!
[37] Or are the treasures of your Lord in their keeping? Or are they the controllers?
[38] Or do they have a ladder on which they listen? Then let any of them that has listened bring a clear authority
[39] Or has He daughters and they sons?
[40] Or do you ask them for a wage so that they become weighed down in debt?
[41] Or is the Unseen in their keeping so they are writing it down?
[42] Or do they desire to outwit? The unbelievers are the outwitted
[43] Or do they have a god other than Allah? Exaltations to Allah above that which they associate!
[44] Even if they saw lumps falling from the sky they would say: 'A massed cloud! '
[45] So leave them till they encounter their Day in which they shall be thunderstruck
[46] The Day when their guile shall not relieve them a thing and they shall not be helped
[47] For the harmdoers there is indeed a punishment before that but most of them do not know
[48] And be patient under the Judgement of your Lord surely you are before Our Eyes And exalt with the praise of your Lord when you arise
[49] and exalt Him in the night and at the declining of the stars

[33] Do they say: 'He has invented it? ' No they do not believe
[34] Let them produce a phrase like it if what they say is true!
[35] Or were they created out of nothing? Or were they their own creators?
[36] Or did they create the heavens and the earth? No their belief is not certain!
[37] Or are the treasures of your Lord in their keeping? Or are they the controllers?
[38] Or do they have a ladder on which they listen? Then let any of them that has listened bring a clear authority
[39] Or has He daughters and they sons?
[40] Or do you ask them for a wage so that they become weighed down in debt?
[41] Or is the Unseen in their keeping so they are writing it down?
[42] Or do they desire to outwit? The unbelievers are the outwitted
[43] Or do they have a god other than Allah? Exaltations to Allah above that which they associate!
[44] Even if they saw lumps falling from the sky they would say: 'A massed cloud! '
[45] So leave them till they encounter their Day in which they shall be thunderstruck
[46] The Day when their guile shall not relieve them a thing and they shall not be helped
[47] For the harmdoers there is indeed a punishment before that but most of them do not know
[48] And be patient under the Judgement of your Lord surely you are before Our Eyes And exalt with the praise of your Lord when you arise
[49] and exalt Him in the night and at the declining of the stars
