سورة الشمس مكتوبة ومسموعة
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
وَالشَّمْسِ وَضُحَاهَا (1) وَالْقَمَرِ إِذَا تَلَاهَا (2) وَالنَّهَارِ إِذَا جَلَّاهَا (3) وَاللَّيْلِ إِذَا يَغْشَاهَا (4) وَالسَّمَاءِ وَمَا بَنَاهَا (5) وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا طَحَاهَا (6) وَنَفْسٍ وَمَا سَوَّاهَا (7) فَأَلْهَمَهَا فُجُورَهَا وَتَقْوَاهَا (8) قَدْ أَفْلَحَ مَنْ زَكَّاهَا (9) وَقَدْ خَابَ مَنْ دَسَّاهَا (10) كَذَّبَتْ ثَمُودُ بِطَغْوَاهَا (11) إِذِ انْبَعَثَ أَشْقَاهَا (12) فَقَالَ لَهُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ نَاقَةَ اللَّهِ وَسُقْيَاهَا (13) فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَعَقَرُوهَا فَدَمْدَمَ عَلَيْهِمْ رَبُّهُمْ بِذَنْبِهِمْ فَسَوَّاهَا (14) وَلَا يَخَافُ عُقْبَاهَا (15)

والشمس وضحاها (1) والقمر إذا تلاها (2) والنهار إذا جلاها (3) والليل إذا يغشاها (4) والسماء وما بناها (5) والأرض وما طحاها (6) ونفس وما سواها (7) فألهمها فجورها وتقواها (8) قد أفلح من زكاها (9) وقد خاب من دساها (10) كذبت ثمود بطغواها (11) إذ انبعث أشقاها (12) فقال لهم رسول الله ناقة الله وسقياها (13) فكذبوه فعقروها فدمدم عليهم ربهم بذنبهم فسواها (14) ولا يخاف عقباها (15)

Reading Surah The Sun in English
In the Name of Allah the Merciful the Most Merciful
[1] By the sun and its midmorning
[2] by the moon which follows it
[3] by the day when it displays it
[4] by the night when it envelops it!
[5] By the heaven and Who built it
[6] by the earth and Who spread it
[7] by the soul and Who shaped it
[8] and inspired it with its sin and its piety
[9] prosperous is he who purified it
[10] and failed is he who buried it!
[11] Thamood belied in their pride
[12] when the most wicked of them broke forth
[13] the Messenger of Allah said to them: '( This is) the shecamel of Allah let her drink '
[14] But they belied him and hamstrung her So their Lord crushed them for their sin and leveled it (their village)
[15] He does not fear the result (of their destruction)
